1. choti choti baato pe  gussa krne se bachain. ese krne se ap ki BP ki problem se door rahenge.
2. Raat ko puri need le ises apka pura din acha jayega or ap apne kam vi sahi dang se pure kar skte ho.
3. every day morning main fresh air main ghaumne ki aadat dale.Ises apka pura din Energy se bhara rahega.
4. Breafast main ankurit chijo ko samil kre or dhood dahi poha fresh fruit jarur khao.
5. Raat  ko dinner sone se kam se kam ek ghanta phele khaye.Jayda mirch masale wala food kam khaye vaise.
6. bhojan karne ke bad 15 se 20 mintue walk jarur kre.
7. Baar baar khana khane  se bache.

Hari sabjiyon  ka hmre bhojan or nutrition main khas mahtav hai.ager in sabjiyon ko pakane se phele ache se na dhoya jaye to apko fayda pahunche ki jagah nuksan vi pahuncha skti hai .

1.kuch nutrition jo apke brain ki power ko badte hai jside ki omega 3 ek acha acid hai brain ki power increase krta hai vaise hi vitamin  E vi ek best acid hai jo apki skin hair or barin ko increase krta hai.

2. Broccoli ek asi  sabji hai jiske ginnti sabse nutrios sabjiyaon main sabse phele ki jati hai.Isami Bahut sare vitamin miniral and antioxident  hote hai or jabki ismain bahut kam calories hoti hai Is main vitamin E achi matra main hota hai isliye iska sevan dimag ke liye acha hota hai.1 cup broccoli  main 1.6 mg vitamin E hota hai jo daily needs ke according 6 % hai.Iske  alva broccoli main bahut sara fiber hota hai.Islye ap ise apne Salad pasta sabji main broccoli ka use kr skte hai.

3.Spinach (paalak) main bhi vitamin E ke sath sath iron vi achi matra main hota hai.Iske sevan se brain ki power increase hoti hai or sath hi ye body main blood ko bhi increase krta hai.ek cup Spinach khane se apko daily need ka 3%  vitamin E milta hai. 5 Sunflower seeds (surajmukhi phool ke beej) is main bhi bhari marta main vitamin E hota  hai. 1/4 cup seeds main 7.4%  mg  vitamin  hota hai jo apki daily need ka 37 % hai .Iske alva ap iska oil bhi use kr sakte hai.
